We aim to make the ordering and delivery process as smooth as possible.

Delivery Information

Warehouse Collection

Most stock items are available for same-day pick up from our Wetherill Park warehouse.

Stock Item Delivery

Orders placed before 9:00 am are generally eligible for next-day Sydney metro delivery, subject to stock availability.

Delivery Unloading Requirements.

Deliveries are generally hand-unloaded to minimise damage. Assistance must be available on-site to help unload the vehicle. Crane or HIAB deliveries can be arranged upon request. Crane deliveries are strictly kerbside only.

Regional & Interstate Orders

We currently service Sydney Metro only. Customers outside this area may arrange their own freight provider. We will package, wrap, and label your order, ready for collection.

Returns Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order has been damaged during transit, supplied incorrectly, or has missing items, contact our team immediately so we can arrange a prompt resolution.

Change of Mind Returns

Returns may be considered under the following conditions:
  • Return request lodged within 5 days of receipt
  • Goods must be unused and in original resaleable condition
  • Return must be approved following inspection
Approved returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Custom Orders

Custom-milled items are manufactured specifically for individual projects. For this reason:
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
  • Custom orders cannot be returned
  • Custom orders are non-refundable
