No. We keep our stock in raw FJ Hoop Pine, which is strictly suitable for interior use only. If your project requires timber suitable for outdoor or exterior applications, please speak to our sales team today so we can recommend the right material.
Custom Orders & Profile Matching
Yes. We can replicate your existing timber profiles. To do this, we require a small physical sample or an accurate cross-section drawing with exact dimensions. If we do not already have the tooling for your specific profile, we can provide a quote to have a custom tool made.
Our minimum order is just 1 length. Please note that a setup fee applies per profile and per size for each custom profile run required.
Lead times depend on tooling requirements:
- Standard Profiles (Tooling exists): Approximately 10 to 14 working days.
- Custom Profiles (New tooling required): Lead times are generally a little longer to allow for tool manufacturing.
Yes, we can. We are able to run our profiles in alternative timber species, subject to raw material availability. Please speak directly with our team to discuss your specific species requirements and project scope.
Shipping, Returns, & Replacements.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact our sales team immediately if there are any issues. We will work quickly to verify the discrepancy and arrange for a replacement or correction.
Yes, under strict conditions. Any request for a return must be lodged within 5 days of receipt. All returned items must be inspected by our team to ensure they are in original, resaleable condition. Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
No. Because custom profiles are manufactured specifically to your individual project dimensions and requirements, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced.
Currently, our transport partners only service the Sydney Metro area. However, if you live outside this zone, you are welcome to arrange your own freight transport. We will gladly wrap, package, and label your timber order appropriately so it is ready for your courier to collect from our yard.
Delivery And Stock Availability
For items we currently hold in stock:
- Pickup: Usually available for same-day pickup.
- Delivery: Orders placed before 9:00 AM qualify for next-day delivery across the Sydney Metro area.
To ensure your timber arrives in perfect condition and to prevent damage, our standard site deliveries are hand-unloaded. We require assistance on-site to help unload the vehicle. If you require a HIAB or crane truck, this can be arranged upon request, but delivery will be strictly to the kerbside only.

Payment Methods & Processing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS. You can securely process your payment with our team over the phone or in person at our store.
Yes. We can issue a pro forma invoice containing our bank details for EFT and bank transfers. Please note that bank transfers generally take until the next business day to clear. Goods cannot be released or loaded until funds are confirmed as cleared in our account.
Yes. Because custom profiles are manufactured to your individual project specifications, we require full payment upfront prior to the milling of any custom profiles.
